Ibarra reaches a sensual frenetic state by shaking her head, jumping, slamming, and pressing herself onto the surface of the screen and frame. With each collision she leaves marks of skin, sweat, and make-up. Interested in exploring altered states of being, blurred vision, and release, Ibarra slows the speed of the video to linger on what this sense of being lost might provide for finding other scum amidst chaos and ecstasy.
